1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Diana@glamcollection.uk with your order number, photos of the defect, and details of the issue.

3. Important Notes on Returns

  • Refunds will not include shipping and handling charges listed on the original order or invoice.
  • Customers are responsible for prepaying and insuring all return shipping costs.
  • Glam Couture Collections is not liable for loss or damage during return shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless defective):

  • Accessories (such as mini bags, hair accessories, etc.)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

How long does home delivery take?

We offer various delivery options. Please refer to the table below for estimated times and costs.

Who is our delivery partner?

We use Royal Mail for most deliveries. For orders over 30kg, we use FedEx.

Why is there a delivery charge on my order if standard delivery is free?

If you’ve selected express or next-day delivery, a charge will apply and be shown at checkout. We use Royal Mail for all standard deliveries, and the costs reflect their rates.

I haven’t received a dispatch email or order confirmation – what should I do?

Dispatch emails may take up to 48 hours. Please check your spam folder. For assistance, contact our support line, available in the UK and USA from 8 am to 9 pm BST.

Why doesn’t the website indicate that parts will be delivered by the branch?

In some cases, items may be sourced from multiple locations. If this applies to your order, you’ll receive an email with specific delivery details.

Can I collect my order from a local store?

Yes, you can choose to collect your order from a nearby store or a secure locker. Simply enter the address at checkout.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Standard delivery operates Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery options are available at an additional cost.

Can you confirm receipt of my return?

We recommend using recorded or special delivery for returns to track your item. With standard delivery, we cannot confirm its status during transit.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the item in brand-new condition. If you haven’t received your refund within this period, please contact us atsupport@GlamCollection.org.

Who covers the return postage?

A prepaid label will be provided where applicable.

Why haven’t I been refunded the original delivery charge?

Delivery costs for special, recorded, or private courier options are non-refundable. In these cases, please contact the courier for assistance.

Do you offer a VAT discount for non-EU customers?
