How long does home delivery take?
For orders within the United States, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.
For international orders, please allow 7–21 business days for your items to arrive, depending on your location and customs processing times.
Who is our delivery partner?
We ship all our orders through USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable and timely delivery both within the United States and internationally.
Why is there a delivery charge on my order if standard delivery is free?
Standard delivery is free for eligible orders that meet our minimum purchase amount or delivery criteria. If you see a delivery charge, it may be because your order doesn’t meet the free shipping threshold, includes express shipping, or is being shipped to an international address.
I haven’t received a dispatch email or order confirmation – what should I do?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation or dispatch email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at glam@dianaglamcollections.org, and we’ll be happy to assist you in confirming your order and updating you on its status.
Why doesn’t the website indicate that parts will be delivered by the branch?
In some cases, items may be sourced from multiple locations. If this applies to your order, you’ll receive an email with specific delivery details.
Can I collect my order from a local store?
Yes, you can choose to collect your order from a nearby store or a secure locker. Simply enter the address at checkout.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Standard delivery operates Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery options are available at an additional cost.
Can you confirm receipt of my return?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know it has been received and processed. Please allow 3–5 business days after delivery for this update. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We’ll notify you by email as soon as your refund has been issued.
Who covers the return postage?
For most returns, customers are responsible for the return postage cost, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping fee or provide a prepaid return label.
Why haven’t I been refunded the original delivery charge?
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless your order was returned due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will refund the delivery charge along with the cost of the item.
